Hi! My name is Kayla. My dog, Nittie, went into surgery yesterday to remove a pyometra. Due to our living situation, my family and I have not been able to afford her spaying for a long time.

As of the beginning of the year, I noticed she had signs of inflammation, but due to her advanced age, the people we were working with would not be able to cover the bill. Now we are here, and we have a bill of $2,297. Although we were able to cover $1,000 of it out of pocket, we will have a hard time getting the money for the rest of the bill without putting a strain on our finances.

My dog has been with me since I was 11 years old, and she was just a puppy. She's my best friend, and I hope that any of you could help us out.
