Beloved Brothers & Sisters, The time has come! Anthony and I have finally found a Spiritual Healing Center in Peru that feels right for us. It is vital for healing & education purposes for us both at this time. We have been in contact with the center for a few weeks now and have been accepted to go for the month of February and the first 2 weeks of March. We feel really good about it, but we will need some support to make it happen! Many of you have shared that when we were ready to go to Peru, you would be happy to help if you were in a position to. Many of you know that I, Nischalã Lindsay, have been navigating some health challenges for several years now. While I have come a LONG way with many of these challenges, such as clearing Lyme disease, major parasite issues and healing my digestive system, which I am VERY grateful for. Yet, I still have some obstacles that are affecting literally every area of my life. My entire body has chronic arthritic pain that has become very challenging. In particular, using my hands for much of anything has become the most challenging. Having pain is one thing, but also the stiffness restricting the use of my hands and other joints is a whole other thing and is making it hard to type, write, play my instruments,…literally all of the things we use our hands for. While the whole body is challenged, honestly, the restriction in not being able to move my hands well is particularly concerning. As an artist, writer and musician, many of the ways I share my self and my joy with others is through the use of my hands. While these issues are showing up in my physical body, I feel strongly that their root is in trauma, whether childhood or ancestral, that lingers in my subconscious mind in places that I just have not been able to successfully access and heal yet for whatever reason. After researching and speaking with this center, I feel strongly in my Heart & Soul that the Teacher guiding this center can help me. She comes HIGHLY recommended. I want to be able to Serve Spirit and Our World in the Best Ways I possibly can. I want to show up more capable, embodied & supportive for all of us. In order to do this, I need to strengthen and heal, and I will need support. And so, humbly and gratefully, I am here asking you now. Thank you for considering donating to our cause. I much prefer to be on the giving end. Yet, as I often tell others, it is very important to ask for help because we all need help sometimes and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. So here I am, taking my own advice and asking you for help. As many of you know, I have had a deep calling to immerse myself in the jungle of Peru to study and grow for many years. For various reasons, it has not been the right time until now. I am finally at a place in my life where I am ready to take this next step in my process and go on this much-needed healing journey to work within myself so I can evolve into the man I am meant to be. I have come so far on my Path yet I know the guidance and support available in Peru will help me work through some inner barriers I have not yet been able to move past to become the Truest & most empowered version of myself. Deep within My soul I have known the Peruvian Jungle holds many answers and much healing for me; words cannot express my excitement to heal and grow. I am looking forward to the transformation that is about to unfold. I am very grateful for your taking the time to read this, and I humbly and graciously ask for your assistance to make my dream come true. Now, to share with you what the expenses are to get us there and how the money will be used: The length of time we are advised to stay is 42 days. The cost per person is $4500 without plane tickets= $9000 Currently, plane tickets are around $800 per person with bags and taxes which will be in the neighborhood of = $1600 Lastly, we are figuring in a bit of money to support us with paying rent and bills while we are away, which is just under $5000 This all comes to $15,600. So, we are choosing to set the fundraiser at $15,000. We are more than happy to speak with anyone considering donating to our fundraiser but may have questions.
