Support Niomie's Battle Against Liver Tumor

Hello, my name is Talishia. As some of you know, my daughter Niomie was recently diagnosed with a 2 1/2 inch tumor in the upper left lobe of her liver. We are working on getting the money for her appointments as well as treatment and the time I must take off work to care for her. She was a fun-loving 13-year-old until everything with her health started to go downhill. She missed a lot of school and had to drop out of sports due to this. Her world has gotten flipped upside down.

It is hard as a mother to watch your child go through this and not know what to do or how to prepare her for the next steps that will go on. She has kept her spirits as high as she can, with her siblings, me, and her dad fighting this right along with her. The tumor is wrapped around some arteries in her liver which makes this a tough spot for doctors to fight to remove.

I am reaching out for any form of help our family can get to help her fight through this. It will be a long road to recovery but she is a strong and brave person who always wants to make others smile no matter what she is going through. She truly does make a difference in everyone's lives that she comes into. If you can find it in your hearts to help, I would be forever grateful. I will post updates as they come in as well.
