My name is Angelino Miramontes. My friends and family know me as Nino. I am in the process of trying to clear my name by paying my lawyer @ Joseph Fletcher for his services before the 25th of this month In which i trust my case will be resolved quickly by doing so. More about myself and this case : I am a active member in my community serving medical patients and recreational cannabis in my community. I also am a artist , entrepreneur/brand owner , and advocate for children's health and positivity/ violence awareness. Ironically I am facing a Domestic Violence charge that i am not guilty of, i was the one who called the cops the night of the incident i had only called to control a boiling situation and somehow i ended up charged with assault and battery and ended up in jail and facing this case for something i didn't do because i didn't physically touch anyone! Anything helps , so please help me Clear my name by helping me fund my Lawyer fees that will be paid to Joseph Fletcher. Just know in the meantime i am trying to find 3rd shift work to work as a second job along with my first job to work hard and pay this off too. I currently do not have access to my own home because of a no contact order that was placed by the state so i am homeless until this case is resolved even though i technically have a place of residence I'm not allowed back until worse case scenario I beat this case!
