Support Nina's Urgent Tumor Removal

Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m reaching out for help with something very close to my heart. My 4-year-old dog, Nina, has been diagnosed with a tumor on her paw. It’s located deep in the creases between her toes and pad, making it a particularly delicate and painful area for her.

After spending most of my savings on tests and consultations with a dog oncologist, we thankfully discovered that the melanoma they suspect in the tumor hasn’t metastasized. That was a huge relief, but the next step is urgent and costly.

Nina needs surgery as soon as possible. The vet quoted me $3,800 for a complex procedure that involves removing the tumor along with a portion of her paw pad. They’ll also need to take healthy skin from another paw to perform a skin graft to help her heal properly.

Unfortunately, I was denied CareCredit, and I simply cannot afford this on my own. I’m a full-time college student working part-time, and this expense is just too much for me to manage without help.

Nina isn’t just a pet, she’s my best friend, my emotional support, and my shadow. She’s been by my side through some of the hardest moments of my life. She means everything to me, and I can’t bear to see her in pain.
