Since this awakening, I have been holding intimate Sacred Singing Journeys, using my voice to facilitate powerful energetic shifts, and I’ve had the honor of witnessing how sound can open hearts, awaken energy, and connect us to our divine nature.

My Vocal Awakening

Music was my first language. For as long as I can remember, I hummed melodies that felt ancient, sang words in languages I did not recognize, and felt something vast moving through me when I expressed vocally. But without a framework to understand it, I suppressed this gift, tucking it away beneath silence and forgetting. For years, I carried an unspoken heaviness in my throat. Despite years of therapy and meditation retreats, it is not until plant medicine that I experienced a full-blown Kundalini awakening that opened my voice.

In the stillness of ceremony, I felt energy surging through my body, unlocking each chakra until it reached my throat—where something extraordinary happened. My voice erupted, not as speech, but as a force beyond me. It was as if my voice had been waiting all this time, buried beneath the unexpressed grief.
