Hi, my name is Cierra Morgan. I have never created a fundraiser, but there is someone who's so deserving of the help and needs it at such a tough time.

First, I want to introduce one of the most selfless individuals! Her name is Nina Harvey. Nina has been married for 32 years, has 4 loving kids on this earth, and she spends a lot of extra time helping people & animals in need. Nina and I met at work a few years ago, and since our first conversation, I have latched on to her like a granddaughter! She has been there for us through cries, life advice, laughter, anger, and through our crazy ways.

These last couple of months have turned Nina's world upside down. It all started when she recently fell at work and messed her knee up. She had to be put on leave to have surgery for about 3 months, which is so hard as she's the sole provider for herself and her disabled husband. She was not only suffering from her knee surgery, but was having the hardest time breathing. Her family finally convinced her to go to the doctor to run tests. As we know, that takes a week or so to come back. Nina, of course, was thinking nothing of it; she was just so eager and excited to come back to work. Two days before she could return and get back into her regular day-to-day life, she got a heartbreaking call to come to her doctors immediately for further testing. They confirmed she had cancer in multiple places. They then transferred her to a more equipped facility for more tests. She was told that it has spread all over to her lungs, liver, small intestine, and more. The doctors believe it is at stage 4 and are trying to find every answer they can to set up a treatment plan. With these devastating effects, she cannot return to work. She has now lost her insurance and her being the only provider for her family. She also now has to sell her car to make ends meet.

We have cried and asked why more than we can count, but we truly believe the Lord has all the answers and will do what's best for Nina. Her family has rallied to be there for Nina at this hard time, but as we know, these treatments, bills, and medication are very pricey. ,She means so much to her coworkers, friends, family, and so many more… I feel like this is the least we can do for someone who's so close to our hearts!

I feel like God has called us to be a light and a help at such a strong need.
