Hello,

My name is Niles Goodluck, I recently got in a motorcycle accident because, after I had the right of way and the driver was fully aware of me with oncoming traffic, he decided at the last minute to peel out in front of me and hit the brakes.

After waking up with 5 broken bones, 2 shattered, and multiple surgeries, they might as well have left me on the side of the road to collect dust as I was presented with an $83k+ bill.

I am thankful to be alive. I don't know the man that hit me nor did I get his information as I was fighting to breath and rushed to the hospital, but like a bad first date, he left me with the bill.
