I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting a truly kind and hardworking woman, wife, and mother, Nikolasa Ical, from the Stann Creek District in Belize. Nikolasa is battling severe health challenges and urgently needs surgery for fibroid cysts and a uterine tumor that seriously impacts her quality of life.
