Going to be homeless any day now. Really need the help. My blood pressure is way up, almost to the point of needing to go to the hospital. I'm not sure what I'm going to do when the time comes and they evict me from here. I have a foster home for Sparkle, but they can't keep him forever. I just need enough help to keep a roof over my head while I secure work and get my other online projects going. I have Without a home, I can't keep working on those things. I have made a little money, $30 last month on one of my side hustles. Please, I need the help, so I can secure a new home and bring Sparkles back home to me. The rest of this is what happened that has put me here.

My name is Nikki. I used to drive for Uber, and my vehicle quit on me. I am being served a five-day notice this afternoon and need to be able to cover my rent and the late fees along with the $45 fee for the five-day notice. I need assistance to keep a roof over my head until I can find a new job. I am unable to secure a new vehicle so I can continue to drive for Uber and am out looking for work. I have had several interviews and am awaiting callbacks. Until then, I need to raise enough to pay my rent and get working. I have a strong lead for a job and should be able to start that within the next few days, but that still leaves me needing to raise the money for rent or be evicted.

The money will go straight to paying rent this week, and I need to raise at least $4,000. I am asking for more so I can afford to pay for food for both myself and my cat Sparkle. I am selling a bunch of my stuff, but it's not enough to raise the rent in time.

I've been in a rough spot for over a month now and I am now at the point of being evicted from my home. I am asking for help to prevent this while I continue to look for work in retail and restaurant industries. My have several years retail customer service experience. Not just selling, but also in customer relations and helping solving issues.

What happened, I was working for Uber Eats while looking for work and just after Halloween, my car broke down and then two weeks after that, it was taken by the company I owed on it. I couldn't work Uber to make money, I didn't have the money to repair the car and keep my roof over my head. So I went with the route that I knew would help me at the time, because I knew they would be coming for the car upon missing Novembers payment. I've been looking for all types of work, even fast food, but every place I've been to says to come back in January, they are not hiring right now. Now, I cannot take a job doing package deliveries, because as of December 9th, I had to go to the ER and have my right wrist examined and I have arthritis in it. It was all swollen up and hurting and still does when I try to pick up things that are heavy.

Right now I am even struggling just to have food to eat for myself and my cat, Sparkle. Now with the right wrist, that makes being able to find certain types of work that I am trained for and have experience in, impossible. I have a court date on December 29 and need to raise enough money to pay back what I owe now and pay for the next month. That is why I am asking for assistance to get to $4,000. So I can have a place so I can keep looking for work and not be out on the street. I am looking at being homeless within the next two to four weeks, at the most.
