If you have landed here, most likely you have been part of my life in some capacity, and I thank you for that. I want to offer gratitude in advance for coming here to hear my story.

I am humbly reaching out for support with an open heart as I embark on a transformative journey towards receiving my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology to become a licensed therapist. This path is not just about academic achievement; it is a profound calling for me to serve others and facilitate healing and growth on a deep, soulful level. I am passionate about bringing positive transformation to the lives of others by using educational and therapeutic tools for the mind, body, and spirit. By investing in my education, you are supporting both my dream of giving back in meaningful ways, and in turn contributing to a collective vision of a more compassionate, empathetic, and interconnected world.

This is a $60,000 three year program to obtain my Master’s Degree, with the addition of two years working as an Associate Counseling Psychologist to receive my state license. The cost of tuition and books is substantial. I will be attending Sofia University in an online format with the addition of two 10-day intensives per year. I trust it will all come back ten-fold, however during this time I can use your support and I hope your generosity comes back to you ten-fold as well.

With your generous support, I will have the opportunity to deepen my understanding of holistic healing modalities, expand my knowledge of spiritual psychology, and hone my skills as a compassionate therapist. A little bit about me and my path thus far…

For over a decade I have devoted my life to holistic health & healing. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. I worked as a Corporate Worksite Wellness Coordinator at a Best Buy Corporate Campus and the YMCA where I gave presentations on mindfulness and nutrition. This work illuminated the health imbalances we face today, which led me into agriculture and food systems. For 5 years I worked in various agricultural jobs as a farmers market manager, farm educational counselor, and full-time vegetable farmer. When I wasn't working I was volunteering in a variety of projects related to ecosystem restoration, community resiliency, and natural building. I studied herbal medicines and holistic healing where I received my certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

I continued down the path of healing modalities , receiving three different certifications in various body therapy modalities from the California College of Ayurveda. I helped clients as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, supporting individuals physical health imbalances. In doing so, I found that many imbalances people were experiencing come from a disconnect of emotional, spiritual, and general understanding of oneself. For the past three years I have studied Vedic Astrology as a tool for supporting others in understanding aspects of themselves and their life experiences. I currently offer 1-on-1 sessions to help individuals grow emotionally, spiritually, and personally to connect to a greater meaning and purpose in their life.

After two years of working with clients on a more emotional and spiritual level, I have found the essence of my work is already in the context of therapy. This is truly where I thrive and my passion lies. I offer a safe space for people to grow and work through inner challenges and enrich their lives.

Receiving my Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology offers a unique and powerful approach to counseling, one that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Through this program I will gain knowledge, skills, and the training needed to guide individuals on their journey towards wholeness, healing, and self-discovery.
