Support Niki's Dad in His Cancer Battle

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you all for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown during this difficult time. As many of you know, our sister’s dad has been courageously battling stage 4 colon cancer since July 2020. His strength and resilience have been nothing short of inspiring, but these last few weeks have been especially tough for him, his daughter & family.

On July 22, he was rushed to the ER, unable to walk, where doctors discovered a tumor on his spine that was compressing his spinal cord. He underwent a major spinal surgery on July 24, where they removed his T3 vertebra and fused T1 to T5. Despite his determination, his condition has continued to worsen.

After being transferred to different facilities for recovery and pain management, he has now been placed in the hospice unit at Morristown Memorial as of August 13. Even through all of this, his positive spirit remains, bringing smiles to everyone around him.

We are reaching out to ask for your support in covering the mounting hospital bills and other costs that will come with this journey. Along with helping keep him as comfortable as possible in his last moments of life. Your contributions will help ease the financial burden on our sister during this heartbreaking time. The last thing we want for her is to be worrying about hospital bills, Etc.

Niki, the oldest of five children, has always been the backbone of our family. From a young age, she took on the role of caregiver, always putting our needs before her own. Her strength, courage, and kindness are unmatched, and she has spent her life looking out for everyone around her. Now, as she faces one of the toughest challenges, it’s our turn to take care of her. We want to help ease her anxiety & stress, this could be the best way.
