Hello everyone, I'm sure if you're reading this then you are a friend, family member, co-worker, or someone that has been lucky enough to have met and/or know my sister Niki. As alot of you may already know, she was recently diagnosed with stage 3 invasive lobular grade 2 cancer and then shortly after that they found 2 more cancers in her other breast (ductal insitu & invasive lobular nonspecific grade 3 cancer that has 70% growth rate, which is extremely aggressive). Though she was told all of the diagnoses, she has managed to still be one of the most amazingly positive people I know. Cracking jokes and always (and i mean always,) making people around her laugh. She has 4 children Steffany, Spencer, Sage, and Shila, and one of the cutest grandbabies ever, Owen. She has worked so incredibly hard the last 8 or so years to be the caring, moralistic woman of integrity that she is all the while helping anybody that needed her and i am hoping that all of us can help take a bit of her stress away. I have seen an outpouring of so many people that care and love Niki on facebook so I figured this would be the best way to get it out there. I am wanting to take some of the stress off of her shoulders by doing the gofundme page. Niki has never been one to ask for help, and I know that not being able to be as independent as she always has been is a huge struggle in itself for her. Unfortunately her FMLA is for 12 weeks only and she wont even get that back until she has been back to work for a week.They are expecting her to be out of work for about a year and she is already been using her meager savings to pay for her necessities (phone, insurance, gas, etc) and it won't last her much longer with a dental issue that she had to pay for out of pocket since she was diagnosed. She is looking into long term disability and WSML, but that is a very very long and slow process and thats if she is excepted.. I am hoping this can be one less thing she has to worry about as she fights to get rid of this awful disease, . I know that Niki would be very grateful for any donation. All funds donated will be going directly to Niki. Thank you to each and every one of you that have been there for Niki throughout all of this and I know that not everybody is in the position financially to help and I totally understand and I know Niki would too. If you could just please please please, everybody keep your prayers up for Niki to kick this disease in the butt!
