Our friend and co-worker Nihal (pictured far right) was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. Nihal has been working with us for the past 3 years, since the doors opened, as our dishwasher and oyster shucker.

Every day, Nihal brings a spirit to work that puts a smile on our faces. He does a tough job and puts in long hours to provide for his family and kids. Running the kitchen has not been the same without him.

We would like to raise some money to help him cover his rent while he undergoes treatment. The doctor told him he will be unable to work anywhere from 2-6 months. Anything you are willing to give helps him tremendously.
