Help Support Niger’s Poorest Families this Month

Hello friends! Niger is a place near and dear to my heart, where I spent some of my most formative years. It is among the poorest countries in the world, and also on the list of countries cut from receiving aid per Donald Trump’s recent executive order. Niger ranks among the lowest of countries on the poverty index, and has ranked last on the United Nations Development Index in recent years. In spite of the daily struggles for survival, the people possess the strongest of wills and have much love and generosity in their hearts, though many go without enough food on their plates.

The money raised with this fundraiser will go directly to feeding hungry people in Niger. We will be using the funds to buy bags of millet and rice to distribute to poor families in Niamey to help get them through the month. I know times are tough for everyone these days, but please give what you can, every dollar helps!
