Hi, I’m Nico’s girlfriend. Nico was recently shot three times after a situation unexpectedly escalated while he was working. An unidentified (now found), underage intoxicated male repeatedly provoked and taunted Nico. Nico tried to de-escalate the situation with words, looking for no trouble, but the violence continued to escalate on the unidentified (now found) males part. When Nico attempted to defend himself, the other individual put up his gun and shot him three times, leaving him seriously injured and requiring surgery.

Nico now faces a long road to recovery, including mobility challenges and Occupational Therapy to relearn everyday activities. He is unable to work for the time being and still has financial responsibilities.
