Support Nico's Recovery and Living Expenses

Hello, my name's Nico. I'm a barista, a musician, a social media manager for a large punk rock festival, and for the past year I've been learning to roller skate.

I took up skating as a way to socialize and stay fit, and unfortunately this past Friday, even in full protective gear, I fell backwards onto my arm and broke my humerus. I was rushed to the trauma center and was told I'll need surgery that's still pending to install a plate. Every part of my life and ability to create income revolves around my hands and on top of medical bills I'm going to struggle to make up for lost wages while I await and later heal from my surgery.

I'm setting up this gofundme to cover basic living expenses during this time as well as hospital expenses. I do have insurance but it only covers a small percentage and I'm working to find if there's any disability coverage for lost wages but it's not looking promising.
