Today Ashley and my brother, Tyriq, experienced a tragedy no parents should ever have to face. Nico was riding his bike when he was suddenly and tragically struck and killed. His loss has left our entire family heartbroken and in shock.

Nico was such an incredibly sweet child! He was full of love, full of life, and always finding ways to make people laugh. He was a wonderful brother, a bright light in every room, and someone everyone loved deeply. His smile, his humor, and his gentle heart touched so many people in just seven short years.
