I’m sharing this on behalf of my amazing friend, Nicole. If you know her, you know she’s one of the most vibrant, caring, and hard-working people out there. She has a way of making everyone she meets feel seen and appreciated.

Recently, Nicole got some shocking news—her knee is bone-on-bone with advanced arthritis, and she needs a total knee replacement. The pain has forced her to stop working, and while her surgery was thankfully moved up to this Friday, she now faces at least two months of recovery without income.
