Support Nicole’s battle against cancer

Dear friends and family,

Our beloved Nicole has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer that has progressed to leptomeningeal disease (LMD). It is a rare complication of advanced cancer, in which the cancer cells spread to the cerebrospinal fluid or meninges, which surround the brain and spinal cord. She is currently receiving care at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and the road ahead will be challenging. While we know Nicole’s strength and determination will carry her through this fight, the financial burdens she and her husband Troy will face in the coming weeks are immense.

Nicole is one of the most selfless people we know. She has spent her life giving to others—always showing up, always caring, always putting others first. Whether as a friend, family member, or coworker, Nicole has a way of making everyone feel supported and loved. Now, it’s our turn to care for her.

The funds raised here will go directly toward easing the financial strain of medical bills, travel to and from appointments, lost wages, and other unforeseen expenses. By supporting Nicole and Troy, we can ensure that they can focus entirely on her treatment without the added stress of financial worries.

Any surplus funds collected will be redirected to a local charity supporting leptomeningeal disease.
