Support Nicole Little's Journey to a Master's Degree

Hi, my name is Nicole Little and I’m reaching out with hope in my heart and a dream I’m determined to achieve.

I’ve dedicated my life to working with youth, beginning at the age of 16 with my very first job at the YMCA. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade building relationships, creating safe spaces, and empowering young people to believe in themselves and their future. As a special education teacher with 8 years of classroom experience, I’ve had the honor of supporting students across a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.

My students know me as Ms. Little. They know that once they’re my student, they’re my student for life. They know I will always provide a safe space to be themselves—on a great day, on a hard day, and everything in between. I take great pride in knowing that my students feel the love I have for them, and that they allow me to teach them the lessons that come with each day.

It is truly my honor to be invited to their graduations years after they’ve left my classroom—and even more of an honor that they still call me Ms. Little. I work hard to earn their respect, and I can’t wait to share with them that I’ve reached a long-held goal of completing my master’s degree.

Now, I’m just three classes away from finishing my master’s in Special Education—and I need a little help to cross the finish line.

As a full-time working mom and teacher, the cost of tuition, materials, and commuting adds up quickly. My goal is to raise $7,500 to help cover my tuition and fees for this final stretch. Every single contribution—big or small—gets me one step closer to earning my degree and continuing the work I love with even more tools and knowledge to support my students.

Why This Matters

Education changed my life, and now I use it to help change the lives of others. Going back to school isn’t just for me—it’s for every student I support, every future leader I help guide, and every classroom I step into.
