On January 9, 2025, our family woke to the devastating news that Luis, a beloved husband to Nicole, devoted father to Addison, Delaney, and Harper, brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle, and friend to so many, passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. Luis was only 42 years old, full of life and joy.

This loss is unimaginable for Nicole and the girls. Obviously, they, like the rest of us, are in a state of complete and utter shock. The weight of the days ahead is daunting and heavy, full of hard conversations, difficult decisions, and emotional trauma. Luis was the sole provider for his beautiful little family and, as you can imagine, immediate needs to be met are many. We are hoping to raise some funds to meet some of these unexpected expenses and lighten the load for Nicole in any way we possibly can. We, as Luis’s family, are so touched and humbled by the outpouring of love that has been shown to all of us, especially Nicole and the girls. Luis’s greatest joy in life was being their husband and daddy. He would love nothing more than to know, in his absence, their community is stepping in to support, take care of, and love them so well.
