My grandnephew, Nicolas, was recently in a horrific motorcycle accident in San Diego. He is in the Navy and an incredible father to Roman. I know I’ve spoken highly about him with such great pride you may remember. His injuries are extensive, and he has had multiple surgeries with more ahead. His recovery is 6 months to a year. His mom, my niece Nicole, is here in MA just getting her daughter into her first year of college this weekend.

It takes a village, as you know, and he has just getting out of the trauma ICU. Nicole needs our help to get back and forth to California so she can be with him as often as she can for the foreseeable future.
