Many of us know Nico Rodriguez as a dedicated and caring colleague at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. He has always shown up to work with a smile, despite going through some tough personal challenges over the past few years, especially in caring for his family.

Unfortunately, life has thrown Nico even more hardship recently. Last month : Nico's father passed away after a long battle with cancer, Nico's spouse suffered a sudden stroke that left her partially paralyzed, and Nico himself went through 2 urgent surgeries.

Nico is managing hs father aftermath ( including bills) with his two sisters. Nico also having the responsibility of caring for his wife after stroke and the medical needs. All of this while raising his three-year-old daughter and teenage son. and working to provide for his family financially.
