Support Nick's Top Surgery and Move

Hi there, this is Nick! I'm currently asking for financial support as I prepare for top surgery in June, as well as my out of state move to New Mexico in September. The funds I receive will help pay for surgery costs, moving costs, and general support as I will be without income starting in June. I'm very new to crowd funding and I have historically struggled with asking for help, but I figured this time is better than any to try to ask for help from my community.
