Our friend Nick was critically injured in a vehicle accident late on Thursday.

He is currently in the ICU in Lincoln, Nebraska and his medical journey will be long and uncertain.

Meredith and their extended family are at his side and need our support for the unknown days ahead.

Anticipated costs may include extended lodging in Nebraska, extended treatment and rehab for Nick, medical bills and possibly home care. Recent analysis has shown that the cost of inpatient rehab after similar brain injury is approximately $46,000, not including lost wages, outpatient rehab, and the prolonged hospital stay (likely weeks to months.)
