Dear friends and family and kindhearted strangers,

We come to you to share some deeply challenging news about our beloved friends and family, Christa and Nick. Recently, they received the devastating diagnosis that Nick has Non-Hodgkin Large B-Cell Lymphoma. As they face this battle, they are also caring for their precious three-month-old baby, Abigail.

We come to you with heavy hearts, but unwavering hope. This diagnosis has come as a shock to all of us, but in typical Nick fashion, he’s doing his best to face this challenge with vibrant energy, determination, and faith. As they navigate this difficult time, we want to rally around them with as much support as we can provide.

Christa and Nick are incredibly strong and resilient, but they need our support now more than ever. The road ahead will involve extensive medical treatments and frequent hospital visits. Nick will have week-long stays at the hospital every two weeks for the next 5 months undergoing aggressive chemo treatments, all while Christa cares for their beautiful new baby girl, Abby. To alleviate some of the stress and allow them to focus on fighting this illness and caring for their baby, we are launching this GoFundMe campaign to support them.

Just eight months ago, Christa's father lost his battle with brain cancer, glioblastoma, leaving behind a profound sense of grief and loss. The weight of Nick’s recent diagnosis feels even heavier against the backdrop of their recent heartache- and now, more than ever, they need our support.

Nick’s journey ahead won’t be easy, but with your help, we can ease the burden. Together, we can make sure that he, Christa, and little Abigail have the support they need to stay strong and focused on healing. Whether it’s a donation, a prayer, or a simple share of this post, every action counts.
