My name is Nick Cotter, my friend Isaiah, my girlfriend Anya, currently live in a house with someone whom none of us feel safe living with. Compromise was our first and best option, but not the one that this person wanted to take. So our last resort to getting away from this person is to terminate the lease early. The fee for doing so is about $4900 which is supposed to be given within 10 days of all members signing the lease termination. This would be about $1225 per person along with paying for rent, utilities food etc. all of us make under $25 dollars an hour, this fee is basically meant to hold us hostage in a house with someone we do not feel safe living with. On top of that, Anya has had to take her car to the shop to be fixed, and her cat to the vet. These extra fees are around $3000. This has been a very difficult time for all 3 of us, physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. Anything at all will help immensely, doesn't matter how little. Just a handful of people donating $25 would drive this very far for us.
