Nick Geyer is a lobsterman, a devoted friend and partner, and a beloved member of our community. Recently, Nick received the difficult news that he has high grade pleomorphic sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. UPDATE: The road ahead will be tough: Nick's sarcoma was very aggressive and continued to wrap around his thigh and then into the bone, and his leg now requires amputation. His choice is life or limb, and he chooses life. He is trying to wrap his head around this and his future, and very much in this fight. He welcomes our support and is very grateful for it.

As a lobsterman, Nick relies on his daily work for income, and without it, he is facing an uncertain future. While Nick has some insurance, it will not come close to covering the enormous medical bills and living expenses that are quickly adding up.
