Support Nicholas in the World Spacemodeling Championships

Dear friends and family,

My name is Nicholas Moore, and I am competing to represent the United States in the World Spacemodeling Championships (WSMC), which will be held in Zrenjanin, Serbia, this August. To be eligible to compete, I had to construct rockets for the North Coast Cup in Pueblo, Colorado, last August, and finished fourth in the country in the most competitive event, S7.

S7 involves designing and flying an exact scale model of a preexisting rocket. My original design includes a cluster of motors, a large payload fairing, and thrust vectoring, which is entirely unique to the World Competition. To perfect my rocket, I have been collaborating with experienced engineers to teach myself computer-aided design, PCB manufacturing, and various other engineering and mathematical principles to create U.S. Spacemodeling's most advanced rocket.

To pay for my several hundred-dollar rocket and travel expenses to Serbia, I will need $3,500 to succeed in the World Competition. I humbly ask for your contribution to my project, and God bless you.
