Nick passed away peacefully with his mother, DeAnna, by his side. He was joined by many friends and family in the hospital to share the love and say goodbye.

A major percentage of the money raised will go toward an education fund for his daughter, Ava. Now 9 years-old, Ava has a very bright future ahead of her. The family appreciates any donation as it will secure Ava's opportunity for higher education and pay off almost a decade after Nick's passing.
