Hello!

I am raising money for my friend Ngobi Farouck who leads the St. Adrian Orthodox Mission and Orphanage in eastern Uganda, where he raises 15 orphans and other displaced children so they can have a safe place to come home to, receive an education, and practice the Orthodox Christian Faith. Ngobi operates his orphanage under the blessing of Bishop Silvester of Jinja and Eastern Uganda (under Alexandria's Patriarchate).

I have known Ngobi for a year now, keeping up with his updates. I think he's an amazing leader and role model for these children. He has recently received some assistance to build a chicken coop that he is in the process of growing, so he can sell the chickens for meat and eggs, and thus pay for the children's school fees, medicine, their location's rent, etc.

Ngobi is trying to find ways to sustainably generate income for him and the children. If you want to support the growth of his chicken coop and maybe another small business, Ngobi would appreciate your assistance and even ideas you may have for him. What he desires most is to take care of his children and provide for them, and he needs partners to help him do that. Please consider supporting as you are able!
