I’m celebrating my 50th with three beautiful kids who will soon be in the full throes of adolescence, with all that being a teenager in 2025 means!

I’d really love to be able to support some of the tens of thousands of teens and young adults (and their families and friends (who need access to mental health services) but face waits of months and even years to receive the support they need now.

I hope you’ll be able to find a few spare quid (or a few hundred quid if you like) to donate to this deserving cause….
