New Perspective አዲስ ቅኝት is an award winning Ethiopian Canadian Media outlet founded on August 7,2018. It is a print and Broadcasting media outlet based in Toronto and published under the auspices of Bridge Entertainments.

The media is founded by Gezahegn M. Demissie, the Ethiopian Canadian writer, and Film maker, and his wife, writer, and Journalist Sosina Ashenafi. Currently Bridge Entertainments is publishing New Perspective (አዲስ ቅኝት) -a trilingual newspaper, a weekly radio/podcast, YouTube channel and documentaries focusing on African culture.

Since its inception, New Perspective-አዲስ ቅኝት- has gained a lot of support from the Ethiopian- and Eritrean Canadian communities in Toronto and North America! Our media service is aspiring to expand its reach to promote human rights and exile and cultural stories that help to build bridge for inclusion, diversity, and mutual respect both in Canada and Ethiopia through our website, radio, podcast, and publishing media. This expansion project needs up to date technology, professional equipment, standard studio, qualified journalists, and web and graphics designers.
