We are the New Gen Racing Team from Forked River, New Jersey, made up of students from Lacey Township High School’s STEM program. Our team—Jake, Dalton, Ian, Ryan, and Austin—shares a passion for racing and a dream of building a future in motorsports. We’re working together to build an F1-style race car, aiming to showcase it around our town and inspire other young people to get involved in racing and engineering.

This project is more than just about cars; it’s about learning real-world skills, building lifelong friendships, and keeping the spirit of racing alive for the next generation. Every part we install and every challenge we overcome brings us closer as a team and teaches us valuable lessons in teamwork, problem-solving, and perseverance. We want to show our community what young people can achieve when they work together toward a common goal.
