Support New Car Down Payment for Mom and Son after Accident

My name is Fallon and I am currently raising funds for the down payment on a new car. On Tuesday, April 8th, my 4 year old son and I were involved in a car accident. My car has been deemed a total loss by the insurance due to damage and all the air bags deploying, and there is no ability to get a new one. My insurance did not cover a rental so any money I could have set aside for a new car is being put into rentals so that I am able to go to work, take my son to preschool so that I am able to continue working to be able to pay the bills. As well, all the money from the insurance for the worth of my car would go to the car lender and not even fully cover the balance, leaving me with still having to pay for the car that I no longer have. As a young mother, having a car to provide my son with safe transportation to school and doctors appointments, as well as being able to get to work is extremely important for me. Previously I took Ubers for years day and night to get to work with my son, and never felt secure or safe and spending tons of money. Uber/Lyft is not an option because of the distance, would be way more than using a rental.

Any help that you could provide and would be greatly appreciated towards a down payment on a new car. All monies gathered for this will be used towards the down payment of another car. I know this economy is tough and finances have been rough, so I appreciate anything to help my son and I get back to having safe transportation. Thank you and God bless!
