Hi my name is Nery and I'm fundraising for my father who is diagnosed with ANAPLASTIC THYROID CANCER STAGE4, a rare, aggressive and fast growing cancer. He is tatay Nestor 79 y/o, farmer from Masbate, Philippines who was initially admitted to the hospital following a fall, bedbound for couple of weeks. After discharged,he began to experience the symptoms such as hoarness, trouble swallowing and breathing, a lump also noticed on his right neck. He has undergone immediate medical evaluation but it wasn't easy. Because of the lump, he wasn't even able to swallow water which caused him rapid weight loss. He was rushed and admitted to the hospital. He underwent tracheostomy and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy to help him breath and to allow liquid feed, medicines and water to be passed into his stomach. After 3weeks from discharged, he experienced severe chest pain and headache, body weakness. He was also confused and agitated to the extent that he couldn't even recognise his family. He was admitted to PCU-like intensive care unit on December 25,2025 Christmas eve. He developed pneumonia, had a heart attack, septic shock at the same time. Our tatay went through suffering and pain up to this moment. He will be needing a radiation and chemotherapy as soon as possible but the family is struggling with expenses.

We are seeking for financial support and prayers for our tatay Nestor's recovery. Cancer drains savings and leaves people choosing between food and treatment.
