Nelson has been an integral part of our work family for over five years. He is known for his incredible work ethic, always going above and beyond to help everyone around him. The word “no” simply isn’t in his vocabulary—Nelson is always pleasant, willing, and ready to lend a hand, no matter the task. His positive attitude and dedication have made a lasting impact on our team and our community.

Recently, Nelson faced a life-changing challenge. On August 22nd, he underwent open heart surgery, a major procedure that requires a long and difficult recovery. Because of the intensity of the surgery, Nelson will need at least five to six months to heal, which means he will be unable to work and will have no income during this time. To make matters even more difficult, Nelson has no family here in the US to support him, and he was not prepared for the sudden financial strain this has caused.

The funds raised will go directly toward helping Nelson cover his rent, groceries, and medical bills. Our goal is to help him keep his apartment, focus on his health, and provide for his basic needs while he recovers. We would be deeply grateful for even the smallest donation.
