Nelson Hernandez was a joyful person with big dreams, always bringing a smile to those around him. He cared deeply for his family, especially his mom, and was known for his kindness and positive spirit. Nelson grew up in El Salvador but made his home in Modesto, California, where he touched the lives of many friends and neighbors.

Sadly, Nelson’s life was cut short, and his family is now facing the difficult task of arranging his funeral. We are raising funds to help cover the costs of the funeral services and to support his mom with any additional expenses she may have during this heartbreaking time.
