Nelson has been a valued member of the Washington Husky family for over ten years, dedicating himself not only to his work but also to his ongoing education. He has achieved his master's degree and is now working toward his doctorate, showing remarkable perseverance and commitment. Over the years, Nelson has supported his colleagues and contributed to the community, always willing to lend a hand or offer encouragement.
This past weekend, Nelson’s home was destroyed by fire. While he has found temporary housing, he lost many of his essential belongings and now faces the challenge of rebuilding his life from scratch. The immediate need is to help Nelson replace basic items like clothing, furniture, and work materials so he can regain stability and continue his journey. Tomorrow is Nelson’s birthday, marking an important moment in this difficult time and reminding us how much he means to our community.
As friends and colleagues, we want Nelson to know how much he is appreciated. "Nous vous apprécions et vous offrons notre aide en cas de besoin." By coming together, we can help Nelson recover and show him the strength of our community during this difficult time.
