Hi, my name is Allena and my cat’s name is Nello. He’s my sweet boy. Recently, I’d taken him into urgent care due to an assumed UTI, but was informed by vets that he has Urinary Tract Disease (the urine crystallizes in his bladder, leading to buildup, which causes painful straining and swelling of the bladder). I started him on a new prescription diet, but tonight we had to make another visit to urgent care; it was worse this time. He was lethargic, limping, and crying from blockage in his swollen bladder.

At this point, he has to stay overnight at the vet. He is currently stable, and vets are doing their best to monitor him, thankfully. However, the cost of his treatment is not something I could afford out of pocket. I wish I didn’t have to come on here, but considering the circumstances, I would do anything for my little guy.
