Support Neka Doko's Fight Against Breast Cancer!

When we talk about the American Dream, for many of us is to build a beautiful family and a beautiful house in the New Land, and have a successful career. But for Neka Doko, our very own sweet friend, cousin, a sister, and this invaluable member of our Albanian Community in Boston, the American Dream at this moment is to be a Cancer Survivor with solid roots in the New Land!

Neka was recently diagnosed with Ductal Invasive Cancer, Grade 2 in her breast, as of this fall 2024. The doctors have found a large mass, which requires for her to have a total mastectomy (removal of her breast) with sentinel axilla node. The surgery date is set to be on December 9, 2024, at Belkin Hospital Health Center. Your donations will help her tremendously during this difficult time, to cover for her medical expenses. As we say it in Albanian: “Bashkimi ben fuqine!” or in English: “United we stand, divided we fall.”
