I am starting this GoFundMe account for a neighbor of mine. Since January of 2024, he had a hoarse voice that the physicians thought was GERD (reflux). Come to find out a few months ago, he has stage 4 throat cancer. He now has had a laryngectomy, voice box removed, feeding tube, trach he will have forever, and now a fistula. He has to wait on the fistula to heal before he can start the 7 weeks of radiation. Due to all of his complex diagnoses and recovery, he is unable to pay his monthly bills to house himself during this time. This man has been through so much. He is trying to get disability but it’s a process and unsure if he will get it. He, as of now, doesn’t have the funds to stay in his house for December. He has a long road to recovery. I am asking if anyone would be willing to support him with any donation or prayer; we would be so forever grateful.
