My name is Neeta, and I am reaching out for help during one of the most financially difficult periods our family has ever faced.

My husband and I are currently involved in ongoing litigation with Isha Foundation & Sadhguru. The case is currently before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the litigation has placed an enormous financial burden on our family.

This is a matter of public record, but behind the court filings and legal arguments is a real family trying to keep going while facing the mounting cost of a prolonged legal battle.

Legal representation, court proceedings, filings, preparation, and the continuing appellate process have become incredibly expensive. We have tried to carry these costs ourselves for as long as possible, but our financial resources are being stretched beyond what we can reasonably manage while continuing to meet our family’s everyday needs.

That is why I am asking for help.

Every contribution gives us a little more breathing room and helps us continue navigating a legal process that we could never have imagined would become such a significant part of our lives.
