Hi everyone, my name is Neenah Montgomery, and I’m a 16-year-old sophomore in high school with a 4.7 grade point average, working and doing competitive cheer. I recently received some really exciting news—I was accepted into the Harvard Medical School Pre-College Online Program (for this summer), which has been a dream opportunity for me.
I’ve wanted to become a doctor since I was four years old, and I hope to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology one day. Women’s health is something I’m really passionate about, and I want to be able to support and care for patients during some of the most important moments of their lives.
This program will allow me to learn directly about medicine, explore topics in healthcare, and gain early exposure to the medical field. It’s an amazing opportunity for me to grow academically and take a step closer to my dream of becoming a physician.
I was very grateful to receive a 50% scholarship, but the remaining balance is still kind of hefty, and as of today, I’m still short. Class are $1200 a piece and I will be taking two. Because of that, I’m raising funds to help cover the remaining cost of the program. Any support—big or small—would truly mean so much to me and help make this opportunity possible.
Thank you so much for taking the time to support my education and future in medicine. Even sharing this helps a lot. I’m incredibly grateful for any support.
