Ongoing health issues have been a challenge to meet my financial needs. The cancer that I had/have effected my pancreas, kidney and liver and im being treated for multiple issues. I haven't been able to pay my homeowner association fees for the last few years, late fees and lawyer fees from the association management company have accrued to an amount thats not possible for to me pay. If I cannot pay the sum needed asap the homeowner association has threatened to foreclose on my home. My mortgage is paid off and ive lived in my home for 23 years, i do not want to lose my home. Those of you who know me, know that im a private and prideful person and to ask for help is an absolute humiliation to me but I have no other choice but to ask for help from my community. Please know that my health is slowly improving and my ability to work is slowly improving and im going to try to get a second job if I can find something flexible enough to work on days I feel best.
