Support Needed to Overcome Car Accident Loss

Hey y'all. This is incredibly embarrassing and humiliating; I have never filled one of these out, but I desperately need help. On January 30th at 8am, a woman pulled out in front of me while I was driving. I swerved to avoid hitting her and other cars in the area, which led me into hitting a tree. The police were called, and since there was no "accident" with another vehicle, even though there were witnesses stating I was not at fault, it does not make the other driver liable because there was no "physical collision" with her car.

I reached out to my insurance company (Direct Auto), who I just switched over to a couple of months back. When I spoke to the agent on the phone, I told him I wanted the minimum insurance for a financed vehicle. (For those who don't know, when financing a vehicle, your insurance company cannot sell you a policy without collision.) After getting everything taken care of, he set me up with a policy which came to about $300 a month. (I assumed this is about average for a solo minimum coverage client, so I didn't think anything of it.) Come to find out, somehow he only set me up with the state minimum requirement for insurance, not the requirement for a vehicle with a loan on it. So therefore, I'm screwed on "collision" covering the damage. So now my truck is totaled, with an outstanding balance of a $45,000 loan, and like I just found out through my insurance company, they're not going to cover it.

I am at my wits' end. I have no idea how I am going to get this taken care of, let alone find another vehicle. I am asking for help to either get my truck repaired or help pay it off so I can get another vehicle. If I don't work, I don't make any money. As most of you know, this truck is my dream truck. I am completely devastated. I know there's a chance I won't be able to get her back, but my main concern is just trying to feed my family, pay my bills, get on track, and start over.
