Hey everyone. I have finally reached a point I hoped that I never would, but I need help. It's been about a year now since I was laid off from Esports Engine and I've been doing all I can try and make ends meet. Unfortunately, I'm at a point to where I'm struggling to stay afloat and any small bit of assistance I can get would help tremendously.

The tipping point for me was today when I was at the pharmacy trying to pick up my medications and I had to choose between which one I could get because I couldn't afford the others. I've been doing delivery service apps to try and make ends meet and I'm working 7 days a week doing that, and it still isn't enough. I'm just barely able to get enough to pay my rent and other essential bills. I'm behind at least a month on a couple of those bills, and all of my credit cards that I had previously have been totally maxed out and closed because I can't keep up the payments on them. I have a loan outstanding that I had taken when I was employed to consolidate my credit cards under one good interest rate. At the time, this wasn't a bad decision because I was basically letting the loan pay itself off, but now all of that is gone and the credit union it is through refuses to work with me and has threatened legal action against me. I've been able to stave them off once, but now they are rearing up again because I haven't been able to keep up with the amount they want each month. I have no clue what's going to happen with that.

I just need a little bit of help to alleviate some of this pressure and the stress that I'm living with every single day. I can hardly answer my phone because it always seems to be another service or someone calling asking for money I just simply don't have. I never ever wanted to ask for financial help from anyone because I know we all are struggling. But after this instance with my medicine, I just can't do it anymore. Any amount of money that I get from this is going directly toward getting current on my utilities, catching up on the loan, paying for medications and doctor visits, and being able to take a breath.

I've sold off many of the things that I have collected over the years to get a couple extra bucks here and there, and that alone is just soul crushing. So, here I am, asking for any help that you might be able to give. I just need to make it through this year, and I think I might be able to start making some actual progress to getting back on my feet. I'm continuing to look for a permanent job while I'm still doing delivery gigs throughout the week. Many of you know me and know that I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think it was a last resort.

So, anything that you can spare to help me out is beyond appreciated. Also, sharing this so that it gets visibility is just as valuable and my thanks go out for that as well. When I'm able to, I fully intend to give back in any way that I can not only to the people who help through this, but also others who might be struggling the same way I currently am.
