On June 30, 2025, I woke at 3:30 in the morning with a piercing pain in my left eye. I ran to the bathroom when I got there, I found that I was completely blind in that eye. I was told that I had suffered a stroke in the eye. There is a surgery to correct it, but I have to have all of the money that my insurance doesn't cover, up front. Right now, that amounts to $7,500. Additionally, my work has held my job, but I ran out of PTO, so I have missed 2 paychecks and will likely miss at least one more. I am asking for assistance. I don't know where else to turn.
