Support Needed for Urgent Hip Replacement Surgery

Those that know me know I'm the last person to ever let myself get to the point I need to ask for help. But here I am with a lowered head and hand out.

I dislocated my hip as a running back in junior high football when I was 13. After being in traction in the hospital for 2 weeks the blood came back to the joint and I didn't have to have replaced, but was told eventually it would become an issue. Now 28 years later I'm dealing with it again, Vascular Necrosis of the hip joint, (loss of blood flow). The ball dies and starts to break down. This started again back in March and has progressed rapidly because I work 60-70 hours a week on my feet. It is now to the point all cartilage is gone, the ball is breaking down. In the x-ray you can see fragments of bone are coming off the ball. The only fix is a new hip.

Our restaurant is closed for 2 months and I have arranged a surgery at Andrew's Institute in Pensacola for November 20th which should give me time to recover enough to be back when we reopen December 26. They bill insurance 60k for the surgery but self pay will only be 15k, I'm not sure on therapy and follow up care but any amount will help, I have savings to make it through our shutdown and will be using most of it. I appreciate everyone who has reached out. Typing this out and asking for help has been humbling. Thank you to everyone even if you can just pray for me and my family.
